What’s on the Ballot? (Part 2)

What better way to kick off early voting in Maryland than to find out about what’s on the ballot? Question’s C and D seek to dramatically transform the structure of the Montgomery County Council, a system that’s been in place for more than 30 years. @hunter_walterman talked to advocates of both questions to find out more.
