ANDREA: Welcome back to Infoflow, Blazers. Today is Tuesday, October 18th. I’m ANDREA
SKYE: And I’m SKYE. Trans Maryland is a Maryland nonprofit created to offer help in the proccess and costs associated with helping transgender people in their name change. The nonprofit also specifically tries to help individuals who do not have the support of their families. 
ANDREA: A man is suing the hot sauce company Texas Pete Hot Sauce because the hot sauce is made in North Carolina. Philip White is a California resident who is suing the company claiming false advertising and mislabeling according to the lawsuit. 
SKYE: Fossil Fuel protestors have been charged after throwing the contents of two tomato soup cans on the famous Vincent Van Gogh painting, ‘Sunflowers’ in the London Gallery. The painting has an estimated value of $84.2 million. Museum officials say that the painting is unharmed due to the protective glaze overtop it.

SKYE: The South and Southeast Asian Alliance will hold their first meeting of the year on Friday, October 21st during lunch in room 332. Come learn about their diverse cultures! All are welcome!
ANDREA: SGA is holding a Digital Detox Challenge! It will consist of watching The Social Dilemma over 2 lunches followed by a week-long challenge of no personal screen usage. The activities will begin on Monday, October 31st and end on Friday, November 11th. We will have prizes such as 15 SSL hours and pizza! If you are interested, head to the SGA instagram @mbhssga and fill out the sign-up form in their bio.
SKYE: AA-LEAD (Asian American Leadership) will host its first interest meeting on Wednesday during lunch in Rm 332.  Come learn more about Asian American culture, opportunities for SSL hours, field trips, and more!  All are welcome!

SKYE: Blair Volleyball will be hosting their annual dig pink game against Northwood in support of the Side Out foundation, which raises money for stage four breast cancer. There will be a bake sale, performances from Poms, raffles, and more. JV plays at 3:45 and varsity plays at 4:45 today. Tickets will be sold at the door. See you there blazers!

On Thursday it will be sunny with a high of 57 and a low of 39. Finally, on Friday it will be mostly sunny with a high near 62 and a low of 42.
