SAM: Kamila Valieva became the first woman to land the quad of any kind, or 4 revolutions in the air, at the olympics. ROSHAN: The U.S. has estimated that Russia could take Kyiv, the Ukraine capital, within days, and it could have a devastating civilian toll. Diplomatic efforts are set to intensify, as President Biden plans to meet with the German chancellor, and French president Emmanuel Macron is set to meet with both the Russian and Ukrainian presidents.
