LEVI: Welcome back, Blazers, today is Monday, September 27th. I’m Levi.
SAMMI: and I’m Sammi.  The development plans for a commercial building in Takoma Park hit a roadblock after the Maryland State Highway Administration denied the development of a truck pull off area. This area would be necessary for unloading trucks to serve the development.  The Montgomery County Planning committee has given the developers until January 20th to convince the State Highway Administration. 
LEVI: The University of Virginia announced that it has opened a new campus in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington. The new campus will be known as UVA/NOVA, with the goal of helping to serve the community of Northern Virginia better. UVA/NOVA is also planned to begin teaching expanded courses for the schools of engineering and applied sciences, education and human development, continuing and professional studies, and business.
SAMMI: Giant Food, one of the largest D.C. grocery store chains, announced last Wednesday that they would be removing midweek grocery delivery feeds and reducing order minimums. For orders between Tuesday and Thursday, delivery fees have been completely removed, and for orders on Monday and Friday, the fee has been slashed to $3.95. Minimum order requirements have been halved, going from $60 to $30.
