InfoFlow Episode 7.010 – 9/21/21

[Infoflow intro] + [pledge of allegiance]
SIENA: Welcome back, Blazers, today is Tuesday, September 21st. I’m Siena.
BELLA: And I’m Bella. A low dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has been found to trigger a strong immune response in children as young as 5 years old. Once the data is submitted, the FDA will make sure the vaccine for kids 5-11 is safe; this could take weeks to do, but they need to make sure that the vaccine meets the highest standards.
SIENA: The Emmys were this past Sunday, with favorites like “The Crown”, “Ted Lasso”, and “Mare of Easttown” taking home multiple awards each. “Wandavision”, a Marvel limited series, was perhaps the biggest snub of the night, being nominated 23 times and winning none of the nominations. For the first time ever, streaming services won all of the major series awards, which suggest the future of television and the Emmys.
BELLA: And let’s go to Yearbook with an on-air announcement!
MEGAN: Hey Blazers I’m Megan!NAOMI: And I’m Naomi! And we are your managing editors for the yearbook this year. MEGAN: Senior Portraits are coming up next week! The days are September 27,28,30, October 1, 4, and 5th. September 29 is Senior Unity Day. NAOMI: Every senior has already been scheduled for their portrait, so please do not sign up for them anywhere else. We have posted the Dates and times for each senior right outside the senior courtyard. MEGAN: If you do not see your name on the portrait list, the afternoons of October 5th and 6th is our makeup picture day. A yearbook executive will pull seniors out of class during their scheduled time and bring them down to the auditorium for their picture. NAOMI: Lifetouch will be providing outfits for everyone.
