SHESH: And I’m SHESH. In the news, President Donald Trump has agreed to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the White House announced, setting the scene for an unprecedented encounter between two nations that only recently threatened to wipe each other out.
SEBASTIEN: Calling all Juniors! Outdoor Education Counselors are needed in the month of April. There will be an information meeting on Friday, March 16th in room 246 for any Junior interested in earning SSL hours at Outdoor Ed.
SHESH: The Asian Lit Club is sponsoring a Book Drive for Friends of the Library until Wednesday, March 14. Come by their table on Blair Boulevard during both lunches to donate any children’s and Young adult books, Thanks!
SEBASTIEN: Hey Blazers, come celebrate Pi day with Blair Math on Wednesday March 14. Come visit our table at lunch to participate in a pie eating contest, learn some math fun facts, and buy pies!
SHESH: Hey Blazers! Want to experience a night full of dancing, singing, club performances, and free food? Come out to international night on Friday, March 16th 6:00-8:30 P.M. It’ll be a great way to experience all the different cultures at Blair so don’t miss out!
SEBASTIEN: The Montgomery County Board of Elections will be at Blair Wednesday, March 14-16 in the Main Hallway during lunch. You can register to vote if you’re a U.S. citizens and are 16 or older. Bring your Maryland driver’s license or MVA ID card, or the last 4 digits of your social security number.
