NAUMAN: Good morning, Blazers! Today is Friday, May 26th, 2017.
TRUNK: Seniors, have fun with your last Infoflow ever, but first, please stand for the pledge.
Pledge of Allegiance
TRUNK: Welcome to Infoflow! My name is Trunk.
JESSICA: I’m Jessica.
NAUMAN: And I’m Nauman. In the news, a Virginia couple that has been trying to have children for over 17 years gave birth to sextuplets yesterday. The procedure involved a 40-person medical team. The parents are reportedly overjoyed to have brought so much new life into the world.
TRUNK: Today’s weather will be partly cloudy with a high of 75 and a low of 56.
JESSICA: Blair Student Directed One Acts will take place at 7pm today. It’s going to be hilarious. Tickets are 5 dollars, but 3 dollars for students. Head on out and enjoy the show!
NAUMAN: Are you interested in science and community service? Apply for Science National Honors Society. All Juniors and Seniors that have a 3.0 cumulative GPA, a 3.5 GPA in science courses, and will be enrolled in an advanced or honors science class next year are eligible to apply. Applications are available in room 329.  Applications are due by Wednesday, June 7th.
TRUNK: Every year, more than 100 volunteers work together to make the AFI Documentary Film Festival: Washington DC’s premier filmmaking event. Volunteers are needed to assist in all areas of the festival from June 14th through 18th, by working at the box office and ushering at screenings or providing key social media and photography support. Anyone interested can reach out to docsvolnteers@gmail.com or check out the link below.

NAUMAN: Strange Adventures Music Festival is an annual festival aimed at showcasing musical talent from the Maryland and D.C. area. This year’s event will be on June 9th and 10th at St. Stephen’s Church on 16th street. Go catch Cool Baby, Swan Song, Djembe Jones, 800, small dad, Mike of Doom, and a bunch of other dope acts.
TRUNK: The MBHS Blazer Pride Marching Band will be having after school mini-camps starting next week for all students interested in participating in the color guard or percussion sections. These mini-camps are open to any eligible Blair student who wants to earn 40 SSL hours as a member of the 2017 marching band!  See Mr. Oldham in room 14 or send an e-mail to the address below to find more information.

JESSICA: And now let’s go to a special piece about this year’s graduation.
Graduation
JESSICA: I sure am GRAD to see so many people earning their diplomas.
NAUMAN: And that’s all we have for today, Blazers. Make sure to check out our website, bnconline.net, to submit announcements and see all of our previous videos.
TRUNK: Remember to submit to Silverstream with the hashtag BlairSilverStream on Instagram or Twitter. Have fun without the senior Infoflow hosts, Blazers. It’s been an honor serving you. But, alas, it’s now time for Trunk to LEAF. Sorry I can’t STICK around, but I’m gonna go out on a LIMB here and say the show will be just as great, if not better, next year. Bye forever.
