Dancing in the Street – Biden Projected Winner

Hunter Walterman was in downtown Silver Spring after former Vice-President Joe Biden was projected winner of the presidential election by the Associated Press and the major networks on Saturday morning as hundreds took to Veterans Plaza to celebrate.
