SEBASTIEN: And I’m SEBASTIEN. In the news, on Sunday October 1, a shooting in Los Vegas took the lives of over 50 people. Please keep the victims and their families in your thoughts today, Blazers.
KENIA: Hey Blazers! Homecoming is right around the corner and ticket sales will be in the concession stand near the main office starting today until October 13th. Make sure you have your student ID and all your obligations have been paid off to purchase a ticket.
SEBASTIEN: And don’t forget to vote for homecoming court. In order to promote inclusivity, Blair has decided to allow students to choose their royal title once they are crowned to respect gender and pronoun preferences. Original grade- based names are only available to the grade, so King and Queen are only available to seniors. The royal titles will be selected upon the candidate’s victory. In addition, each voter will vote for two candidates regardless of gender and the top two winners will be crowned.

Applications are due on Thursday, October 5th, and can be found outside of room 161.
