SODA: Welcome to Infoflow, my name is SODA. In the news, on January 31st, look up at the moon! There will be a super moon, as well as a blue moon, and an eclipse, all in one! Don’t miss it, Blazers even though the best sights will be in Asia and Australia.
SHESH: Hey Blazers! If you want to join us here at BNC, pick up an application outside of room 102. Applications are due January 12th– Don’t miss it!
SODA: The 2018-2019 MCPS Student Member of the Board (SMOB) filing period has now opened. Any current sophomores or juniors interested in applying for SMOB will need to complete the nomination form and submit it to Student Leadership Office by January 25. Please email mbsga.blazers@gmail.com for more information.
SHESH: Attention Juniors, there will be a mural contest, happening until January 10th after school in room 250 for the first meeting of the year 2018. First place will get a $30 gift card and their name on the mural. Second place will get a $20 gift card, and watch out for new junior wear coming out in January!
SODA: Hey Blazers! Are you interested in making an impact on the school and community while working for one of the most prestigious high school newspapers in the country? If so, pick up a Silver Chips application outside of room 158, where you can also sign up for an interview. Interviews will take place next week and applications are due to room 158 by January 12, so don’t miss this first deadline!!! Contact silver.chips.print@gmail.com if you have any questions! Who needs gold coins when you can have silver chips?
