KIRAN: Welcome to Infoflow, my name is KIRAN.
SERENA: And I’m SERENA. In the news, Miss America is scrapping its swimsuit and ball gown competition and is no longer judging based on physical appearance.
KIRAN: Free SAT/ACT Prep is being offered here at Blair for Math and English! It will be from June 19 through June 30th and at 8am. You will learn about test taking strategies and get help with individualized practice! For more information OR to sign up, please visit Mr. Horne (room 245) or Ms. Davis (room 238).
SERENA: All students interested in running on the cross country team in the fall should come to a meeting in room 313 during either lunch period today. If you cannot make it to the meeting, go see Ms. Bosse in room 313 for information about tryouts.
KIRAN: Now, let’s take a look at how some Blazers will be spending their summer!
Summer
SERENA: Summer is a great time to earn your SSL hours. You can volunteer to help at a summer camp, at Special Olympics, summer games, DC Jazzfest, golf tournaments, 4th of July parades, and so much more. KIRAN: Also, go take a look at the Spring Choral Concert in your free time The entire performance has been uploaded to youtube on the BNC Channel! We can promise you you’ll enjoy it if choir is your forte but, if you don’t check it out you’ll be in treble. Haha choir joke. But seriously, check it out!
SERENA: Now stay tuned, today’s edition of chips week is about the new MCPS curriculum!

KIRAN: Finally, to all singers and musicians, we are looking to create a new special segment for the show. If you are interested in showing off your skills on the air please stop by the BNC Studio, Room 102, during 5th or 6th lunch to audition for a chance to be featured on the show.
