JESSICA: And I’m Jessica. Today’s weather will be chilly with a high of 68 and a low of 52. |
TRUNK: speaking of weather, Hurricane Matthew, a category 4 storm, made landfall in Haiti yesterday. It is the first major hurricane to hit the island since Hurricane Inez in 1966. Officials are expecting many homes to go down in the storm system as there have been sustained 145 mph winds measured so far. The storm system is predicted to go up the East Coast of the US after making its way through Haiti. While not certain, there is a chance we here might feel some effects of the Hurricane this weekend or early next week. |
JESSICA: Homecoming is approaching fast, Blazers! Do you want to represent your grade in the Homecoming court? Pick up a form ouside the SGA office in room 161. But hurry, the deadline is tomorrow, October 6. |

There will be a guest speaker with overviews about federal financial aid, completing the FAFSA, Maryland state financial aid, scholarships, grants, loans, and personal finances for college students.
