TRUNK: Hello Blazers! Today is Friday, May 5th, 2017.
CARLOS: We’ve got a tremendous show for you today, but first, please stand for the pledge

CARLOS: Welcome to Infoflow! My name is Carlos.
TRUNK: And I’m Trunk. In the news, the U.S. News and World Report has released its annual ranking of high schools by state yesterday. Based on graduation rate, college readiness, and medal consideration, Winston Churchill High School was ranked number one in Maryland. DCC school Wheaton also finished in the top 60.
CARLOS: There will be the Biology, Music Theory, and Physics C AP tests Monday. If you’re taking one of those tests, make sure to do all your last minute studying before Sunday night, and get a solid eight to nine hours of sleep.
TRUNK: Attention all boys interested in playing boys soccer in the fall: a very important meeting with the new coach will take place on Monday at 3:30pm in room 245. Meet the coach and get all of the necessary information. The meeting will last 30 minutes.
CARLOS: Get hyped for After Prom! After Prom will be Sunday May 14 from midnight until 4:00 am. The event is open to all juniors and seniors. Bring a student ID and arrive before 1:30 am to be admitted. There will be food, fun, casino games, laser tag, and tons of awesome prizes.
TRUNK: Any interested freshmen, sophomores, and juniors should consider applying for the SGA. Pick up a form outside of Room 161. Deadline for applications are May 12th. Turn in applications during either lunch period.
CARLOS: Attention Seniors! The Bob Long Journalism Award/ Scholarship, created in honor of former News 4 director and Blair student, is open to all Montgomery Blair seniors. Create a short video individually or with a partner to be considered for the prize which comes with a scholarship of $2,000 per student. The deadline has recently been extended to May 21st. TRUNK: We received an incorrect announcement regarding a Blair Bocce tournament today. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there will not be a Bocce tournament today. Again, there will not be a Bocce tournament after school today.
CARLOS: And now let’s go to Catherine with this weekend’s weather.
