JESSICA: In the news, Elon Musk owner of Tesla, is considering building a Tesla engineering base in the UK. In an interview with British newspaper The Telegraph  last Friday he said, “We have a lot of respect for the British automotive engineering talent. JESSICA: Are you an LGBTQ+ student at Blair? Are you having trouble with coming out to your parents or friends? Are you not sure whether coming out of the closet is better than staying in? You aren’t alone. GSA is having a coming out workshop! The workshop will be run by Smyal, an LGBTQ+ youth empowerment organization. If you don’t think coming out is the best idea, you should still come to the meeting. This workshop is designed to help students both closeted and out to their parents or friends. Clearance happens today and tomorrow during both lunches and right after school at the indoor concession stand.  Bring all of your completed forms and get a clearance sheet that allows you to try out!
KENIA: Are you interested in learning more about a career at teaching? Attend a field trip to the University of Maryland on Friday, December 2nd.
