| TRUNK: In the news, President Obama has blocked drilling for oil in large swaths of federal land. Using the little-known Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Obama has prevented future drilling in large parts of the Arctic and Atlantic Oceans. |
| SODA: Silver Chips Business Staff is opening up for applications! You can get a form outside of room 158 and email your application and any questions to silverchips.business@gmail.com. The deadline is January 10, 2017. They look forward to receiving your applications! |
| TRUNK: Attention students, the deadline to turn in first semester SSL hours is fast approaching! All hours earned from September through the end of December must be turned into Mrs. Hiscock in room 130 or the main office mailbox by Friday, January 6th. Please see Mrs. Hiscock with any questions and remember to turn in those forms! |
| SODA: If you would like to perform in the band for Blair’s upcoming Sankofa performance, go see Ms. HC in room 16 and if you would like to be a part of stage crew for the show, see Yuchabel in room 100 during fifth and sixth period. |
| TRUNK: English Teachers and Staff, BNC is looking to have all of your students fill out a simple survey. Whatever time is convenient to you in this last week before winter break, please direct your students to visit our website bnconline.net, on their chromebooks and click on the red banner at the top of the page to complete the survey. It should only take a few minutes, but the data will be invaluable in planning and funding BNC’s future. |
