SEBASTIEN: We’ve got another wild Wednesday show for you today, but first, please stand for the pledge.

SODA: The weather today will be mostly sunny with a high of 41 degrees and a low of 23
SEBASTIEN: In the news, Monday marked the birthday of the oldest American. On Monday, December 12th, Adele Dunlap turned 114. When asked what she was thankful for, she responded “Gee, how should I know?”
SODA: Come join Jewish Culture Club‘s annual Hanukkah Party in room 164 during both lunches on Wednesday the 14th There will food, games and competitions. Anyone can come, so bring a friend! See you there!
SEBASTIEN: Hey Blazers! Thursday December 15, Blair Congress will be held from 3-4PM in the media center. Everyone is welcomed to come out and voice their opinions or ideas. We hope to see you there!
SODA: The second open mic of the year will be on Friday, December 16th in the media center during fifth and sixth lunch. Sign up sheets are outside of room 141. See you there! (Silver Quill)
SEBASTIEN: Blair Interracial Dialogue is going to start hosting a weekly forum for discussing current events. They want to have a place where people can learn about what’s going on in the news, talk about it, and figure out what they can do. The first one is going to be Today in the conference room in the media center. They’ll be discussing Trump’s picks for Secretary of Education and Attorney general. Come through and bring your friends!!
SODA: Go check out the first collaboration between Blair’s finest ceramists and its talented gardeners. Pick out a custom-made pot and choose your favorite culinary herbs to go inside. Makes a great, practical holiday gift, besides being artisanal and local.  Also makes a great present for yourself. Prices range according to each piece and size of plant. Pieces will be sold Thursday and Friday during lunch and after school, outside the main office. Contact Mr. Verock or Mrs. Levien with any questions.  (Horticulture Club and Ceramics Club)
