SODA: And I’m SODA. Seniors! Remember those portraits you took? It’s now time to select which picture will be featured in the yearbook. Please come see a Silverlogue staff member this week on Blair Boulevard to select your portrait. After this Friday, Silverlogue will be choosing your picture for you. GUY: Would you like to help with Thanksgiving Meals, plan a Bingo Party, or run with Girls on the Run? These are all great ways to earn SSL hours. SODA: Want to help mentor middle school children? Interested in diversity and equity in magnet programs? Become a Black CAP mentor. Mentors travel to middle schools after school on Thursdays to tutor middle schoolers and help them get accepted into choice programs across the county. GUY: Blazers can you swim? Can you dive? Try out for the swim and dive team on Thursday, November 16, and Tuesday, November 21st! Tryouts are at 5:15 am at the Martin Luther King Swim Center. You must come on both mornings!
