SODA: Today’s spirit day is College Wear Wednesday! Now, please stand for the pledge.

CARLOS: Welcome to Infoflow! My name is Yugo Girl.
SODA: And I’m Soda. College Readiness Day is today! You can also treat yourself to a cheap lunch after testing! Food will be sold at the football stadium concession stand during lunch. Proceeds support the Instrumental Music Program at Blair, so make sure to get lots of tasty food!
CARLOS: Girls Volleyball is holding a bake sale to raise money for breast cancer research on Oct 12. There will be a table in the SAC and one by the gym right after school until goods run out. Come support your volleyball team against Einstein, JV at 3:45 and varsity at 4:45.
SODA: Hallway decorating will take place today after ninth period! Seniors are in room 161, Juniors in 250, sophomore in 251, and freshman in 243. No matter what grade you’re in, you should show some class pride. Head on over to your assigned hallway and get to decorating! You’ll get SSL hours!
CARLOS: Takoma Park City Council candidate Joe Edgell will be visiting Blair today, October 11. Come to Room 164 after 9th period to meet and talk politics with a prominent prospective legislator. There will be snacks!
SODA: The boys JV and Varsity basketball teams will be holding an interest meeting on Thursday October 12th in room 119 at 3:30pm. All students interested in trying out for the Winter boys basketball team must attend. Please see coach Pigrom or Coach Charles in the PE office with questions.
CARLOS: Do you love Chemistry? Check out Chemathon! Come to our information meeting Thursday, October 12th in room 329, to make this club less of a Chem-Mystery. Cesium the chance while you have it!
SODA: Hey Blazers! Are you interested in being involved in our county SGA? Do you want your voice to be heard throughout the county? Do you want to be in contact with our Student Member of the Board? If so, the first Montgomery County Regional General Assembly of the year is on October 17th. Any Blair student may attend. Permission slips are due on October 13th and are available outside of room 161.
