| SODA: And I’m Soda. In the news, wildfires continue to spread across 73,000 acres in Northern California. The fires have prompted evacuations and hurt the region’s wine industry. |
| CARLOS: Girls Volleyball is holding a bake sale to raise money for breast cancer research today. There will be a table in the SAC and one by the gym right after school until goods run out. Come support your volleyball team against Einstein, JV at 3:45 and varsity at 4:45. |
| SODA: Attention W.E.B. DuBois Honor Society members, the organization will meet on Tuesday, October 17th at 2:30pm in the Career Center. Please email or see Dr. Howard if you are not able to attend the meeting. |
| CARLOS: The boys JV and Varsity basketball teams will be holding an interest meeting today in room 119 at 3:30pm. All students interested in trying out for the Winter boys basketball team must attend. Please see coach Pigrom or Coach Charles in the PE office with questions. |
| SODA: Do you love Chemistry? Check out Chemathon! Come to our information meeting today in room 329, to make this club less of a Chem-Mystery. Cesium the chance while you have it! |
| CARLOS: Hey Blazers! Are you interested in being involved in our county SGA? Do you want your voice to be heard throughout the county? Do you want to be in contact with our Student Member of the Board? If so, the first Montgomery County Regional General Assembly of the year is on October 17th. Any Blair student may attend. Permission slips are due tomorrow and are available outside of room 161. |
